2. Who can use Medora Hub
Medora Hub is intended for medical students, graduates, and physicians preparing for licensing or specialty board exams. You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Subscriptions and access
Access to premium features (Q Banks, video lectures, books, AI study planner, mentorship) requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are activated manually by our team after payment is confirmed, and are tied to the exam and part you registered for.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or resell access to Medora Hub content
- Copy, download, scrape, or redistribute Q Bank questions, explanations, or video content
- Attempt to bypass content-protection or anti-cheat measures on the platform
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
5. Intellectual property
All questions, explanations, study materials, video content, and platform design on Medora Hub are the property of Medora Hub or its licensors and are protected by copyright. No content may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
6. AI-generated content
Some study plans, explanations, and tutoring responses on Medora Hub are generated with the assistance of AI. While we review and curate this content for accuracy, it should be used as a study aid alongside, not a replacement for, official exam syllabi and clinical judgment.
7. Payments and refunds
Subscription payments are processed through the payment channels shared by our support team at the time of activation. See our Refund Policy for details on eligibility.
8. Disclaimer
Medora Hub provides exam preparation resources on an "as is" basis. While we work to keep content accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee exam outcomes, and Medora Hub is not affiliated with or endorsed by any official licensing or examination body unless explicitly stated.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Medora Hub after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
